Meet Helen Burton
I am the Executive Director of LHH Qld. I have 30 years’ experience in change leadership specialising in short and long term restructures. LHH’s synergistic services in career transition and mobility ensure we can provide a holistic solution.
EXPERIENCE
LHH Qld supports small and large restructuring projects over short and long timeframes. We have supported some of Australia’s largest mergers and acquistions developing leaders to effectively manage complex environments that include career mobility including redeployment and job loss. We also have a speciality in site closures from 6 months to 6 years.

My approach is people focused, technology enabled and fully tailored to the needs of my clients.
I take a “one size fits one” with a core value to deliver an outstanding customer experience both for participants and stakeholders!

My approach to assessments and learning programs is based on changing mindsets and behaviours. Assessment’s are best used in the context of a detailed debrief and within a change leadership program specific to organisational and team context.

I use the IAM Tool to inform change leadership skill development typically aligned to supporting leaders in a change context. It is an excellent way of providing individuals withevidential data re their tolerance for ambiguity promoting rich and deep discussion aligned to understanding and changing mindsets and behaviours.
