WHAT IS THE INDICATOR OF AMBIGUITY (I Am)® RECRUITMENT TOOL?
The I Am® is a psychometric assessment based on the Big 5 Personality Traits. It is the first tool of its kind in the world that specifically measures an employees’ current tolerance of ambiguity and their adaptability to change in the workplace.
The I Am® measures a person’s approach and response to uncertainty and ambiguity. Results are plotted on a circular graph called the I Am® Compass.
The I Am® Compass comprises three Dimensions, each with a number of Elements.
After the candidate completes the assessment, you will be sent a practical report of the candidate’s areas of strength and challenge and how they will likely respond to change, ambiguity and uncertainty.
