Susanne Le Boutillier is a seasoned executive who excels at guiding leaders and organisations through challenging circumstances so they can thrive in complexity. She provides consultancy services to the health and community services industry, is an expert facilitator skilled in using a mix of traditional and complex facilitation techniques, coaches and mentors teams and emerging leaders up to the C suite and speaks about change and how to thrive in complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty.

EXPERIENCE

With over thirty years of experience in the complex health and community services environment, Susanne brings a wealth of evidence-based techniques and expertise to the table. Her areas of consulting expertise span strategy and policy development, leading complex and transformational change, governance, negotiating change with unions and stakeholder engagement.

Her track record speaks for itself, delivering results in diverse and demanding situations including the implementation of system-level health reforms, working with stakeholders to create clinical training capacity and co-design and commissioning of services for people experiencing vulnerability, developing and implementing new organisational governance and operating models, and helping organisations to gain clarity about their future direction or how to approach complex challenges.
